The eighth forum of European and Asian media kicks off in the Russian capital
The forum of European and Asian media (FEAM), organized by MIA " Russia today ", will open in the Russian capital with a plenary session with the participation of the Agency's Director General Dmitry Kiselev and chief editor MIA " Russia today ", the chief editor of RT Margarita Simonyan.

Topic FEAM-2015 will be a " Sustainable partnership in an uncertain world ". Participation the forum will bring together chief editors and top managers of the most authoritative and popular media, heads of major broadcasting companies and Internet portals, media business professionals and well-known correspondents from 14 post-Soviet countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Estonia).

The main agenda FEAM-2015 - collaboration media of the countries of the former USSR in conditions of different political and economic processes. During the forum 3 thematic discussion: "the Eurasian information space: challenges and risks ", " the media industry: to keep the audience and their own image ", " Sustainable partnership in an uncertain world ". The FEAM programme-2015 includes a special session with the head of the Department of information and press of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova, as well as with the writer, writer Viktor Erofeev and chief editor of the newspaper " Tomorrow ", Chairman of the Izborsk Club Alexander Prokhanov.

FEAM is a unique platform that has no analogues in the post-Soviet space, which brings together leading media experts from the CIS countries, Baltic States and Georgia for discussion of trends and prediction of development processes of the media industry. The forum has been held since 2006. The first four years the forums were held in the Russian capital, then FEAM took Kiev, Astana, Minsk. In 2011 to present FEAM, held in Astana, with the welcome message was addressed by the presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan Dmitry Medvedev and Nursultan Nazarbayev, noting the interest in the development of positive processes in post-Soviet information space. In 2012 in Minsk with journalists-participants of the Club of editors of CIS countries during the FEAM met the head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. FEAM - 2015 will continue the tradition of the forums of previous years, providing a platform for open dialogue and exchange of experience
