Ex-Minister of justice of Ukraine will appeal against a chosen measure of restraint
Former Minister of justice of Ukraine Olena Lukash, who was arrested but released on Bail, said on Tuesday that he would appeal against the elected the measure of restraint.

The Pechersky district court of Kiev chose Lukas a measure of restraint as arrest until 29 December with the possibility of entry of pledge in the amount of about 220 thousand dollars. The pledge was made by people's Deputy Vadim Novinsky on the last working day of the week in the evening, but Lucas was not released from jail in connection with the coming weekend. On the first day of the week the former Deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine Andriy Portnov said that Lukas was taken from a detention facility Employees of the Prosecutor General (PG). On the same day the defending Player Lukash said that the former Minister was released on Bail.

"Today we get the full text of the court order and, without doubt, will appeal. I think the measure is too excessive and harsh. Prosecutors in court asked for the preventive measure of 2, 5 million hryvnia (about 122 thousand dollars), we made 5 million (about 220 thousand dollars), " said Lukas in the air.

Lukash, which first reported missing, November 5, tied Workers of the Ukrainian security Service on suspicion of belonging to the events on the Maidan. She was taken to the DPP to testify, where she was declared about suspicion in forgery and embezzlement of 110 thousand dollars from the state budget during the tenure of the Minister. The Prosecutor General's office revealed that Lukas is in the form of a witness on the case about the events in Kiev in the winter of 2014.
