The discount for Ukraine for the 1st quarter of the coming year will be according to market prices for gas, said the Head of Ministry of energy of Russia Alexander Novak.
"Everything will be depending on the prices that will emerge on the market currently it is difficult to say. Discount is necessary in order to bring the price to market, for this reason it will be depending on the price formula and the market price based on conditions, " he said, reports news Agency.
