Oreshkin: the debt of Kyiv will have an impact on domestic loans
Debt restructuring Ukraine will not affect the volume of domestic borrowings of the Russian Federation, told reporters Deputy head of the Ministry of Finance Maxim Oreshkin.

"Ukraine is associated only with the NWF and has no relation to internal borrowing," said he, answering the relevant question.

Russia at the end of 2013 bought Ukrainian Eurobonds for $ 3 billion on non-market terms with repayment in early winter 2015. At the time of restructuring the external debt of Ukraine before Kiev private creditors made a proposal to Russia, but she said that this procedure is unacceptable to it - the Russian Federation is an official, not a commercial creditor.

on the first day of the week the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin said that the Russian Federation with own side made a proposal to restructure the debt of Ukraine at $ 3 billion, allowing it to repay 1 billion in 2016-2018, subject to the provision of guarantees from the US authorities or the EU, or one of the international financial institutions.
