OSCE proposes to hold dialogues on Transnistria on 1 December
Vladimir Sandutsa. The special representative of the head of the OSCE in the Transnistrian settlement process radojko the Conflicts has made the initiative to conduct a formal round of talks in the format "5 2" in Belgrade on 1 December.

As said Tuesday the press service of the foreign Ministry of the unrecognized Transnistrian Moldovan Republic, said the Conflicts about it in Tiraspol at a meeting with Acting Minister of foreign Affairs of the PMR Vitaly Ignatiev.

in the negotiation process involved Moldova and Transnistria As conflict parties, Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE As mediators and the European Union and the United States - As observers. Planned at September 2014, the dialogue in this format were transferred to held 3 scheduled meetings.

Ignatiev tried to convince the OSCE to the active discussion during the resolution of the current problematic aspects and in particular in the field of politically motivated criminal cases and unilateral decisions of Moldova and Ukraine in organizing joint border monitoring on the Transnistrian-Ukrainian border. He expressed the view that the OSCE has a considerable amount of tools to positively influence the settlement of these issues.

"The potential and resources of the OSCE are quite substantial and in specific cases, help the parties to move forward and find solutions to problematic issues ", - noted the Acting Head of the MFA of the PMR.

Transnistria, 60% of the inhabitants are Russians and Ukrainians, sought to secede from Moldova even before the destruction of the USSR, fearing that on the wave of nationalism Moldova will join Romania. In 1992, after the failed attempt of the authorities of Moldova force to solve the problem, Transnistria was in fact not controlled by the Chisinau area.
