The OSCE agitating Ukraine to ensure the state body for dialogue with national minorities
The OSCE high Commissioner on national minorities Astrid Thors urged the Authorities of Ukraine to make a special body that would implement reforms, including decentralization, taking into account interests of national communities.

"I continue to urge appropriate Authorities of Ukraine in meetings of the commissioners of minority communities to make a special Executive body. Such a body would be the main point of contact from the state in dialogue with the national minorities of Ukraine and would help to ensure that the government of Ukraine will play an important ongoing reforms, including the reform of decentralization, in close meetings with minority communities, " according to the text of the Torso at the OSCE Permanent Council, received by the media. She stressed that minorities cannot "be excluded or feel excluded" from the decision-making process.
