PMR condemned Chisinau Vladimir Sandutsa. Unrecognized foreign Ministry quickly condemned the Attempts of the authorities of Moldova to block the access of international observers to the elections planned for Sunday in the PMR.
29 November in Transnistria for the first time to host a single day of voting. It is expected to spend just four electoral campaign: elections of people's deputies city councils of people's deputies of villages (towns), heads of rural administrations, deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (PMR).

The document States that over the last 2 days at the airport of Chisinau to the Moldovan authorities had prohibited the entry of citizens of Serbia, Bulgaria and the Russian Federation, arrived to participate in the observation of elections in Transnistria.

"The attempt to prevent the arrival in Transnistria international observers indicate a low level of political culture of a number of officials in the Republic of Moldova, the fear and uncertainty, pathological inability to reconcile with the objective interest of the international brotherhood in the implementation of transparent, democratic principles and Transnistria ", - emphasized in circulation.

Transnistria, 60% of the inhabitants are Russians and Ukrainians, sought to secede from Moldova even before the destruction of the USSR, fearing that on the wave of nationalism Moldova will join Romania. In 1992, after the failed Attempt of the authorities of Moldova force to solve the problem, Transnistria was in fact not controlled by the Chisinau area.
