Kiev is ready to replace Russian supplies of agricultural products to Turkey
The head of the Ministry of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Oleksiy Pavlenko told about the readiness to increase deliveries to Turkey of grain, corn and oil in the case of restrictions from other suppliers.

"The Ukrainian agricultural sector is ready to act as a guarantor of food security of Turkey. If the traditional partners of Turkey will apply the punishment, that is, will cease to supply grain, Ukraine is ready to increase supplies of grain, corn and oil at least twice. Turkey is a long - standing and reliable partner of Ukraine, we are ready to act as a guarantor of food security of the state. So, Ukraine will be able to replace the Russian Federation in the Turkish market ", - wrote the Ukrainian Head of the Ministry on Sunday on his page on Facebook.

Pavlenko stressed that Ukraine has a sufficient number of products of appropriate quality to supply the needs of Turkish customers in the case of the introduction of export restrictions from Russia.

according to the Minister, over 10 months of the current year Ukraine has already exported to Turkey of agricultural products almost 566 million. In the case of the introduction of Russian food embargo against Turkey Ukraine may considerably increase these figures by an additional supply of wheat, corn, barley, pulses and oil, stressed the Head of the Ministry.

on the first day of the weekend in a press-service of the Kremlin said the decree of the President of the Russian Federation on measures for the maintenance of public safety and on special economic measures in relation to Turkey. For example, a Manager was ordered to impose a ban on Charter air travel between countries that have banned employers from 1 January 2016 to hire workers from among the Residents of Turkey, decided to ban or limit activities under the jurisdiction of the Turkish organizations in the territory of the Russian Federation and gave the order to ban or limit the import of the Turkish subjects.
