In the process of sanitary-and-epidemiologic investigations in 30 places of Yakutsk removed from sale 60 kg of the products of pastry shop "Naryana". At inspection of the shop found multiple violations of sanitary legislation, even violations of the terms of the conservation of raw materials and finished products.

For research samples were taken of the finished product, rinse tools and equipment, also water samples, residues of disinfectants and cakes. Also sent to the lab material taken from the 12 employees of the shop.
