The Ministry of defense of Ukraine and the European defence Agency signed an administrative agreement that aims to make wider the possibilities of cooperation of Kiev with the countries-EU members in the sphere of defense, reports the press service of the Ministry on the first day of the week.

"Today, 7 December, at the headquarters of the head of the defense Ministry of Ukraine army General of Ukraine Stepan Poltorak met with high representative of EU foreign policy issues and security policy (Federica) Mogherini. During the meeting it was signed the administrative agreement between the Ministry of defense of Ukraine and the European defence Agency, " - said in the report.

in the Ukrainian military Ministry stressed that the agreement will have the opportunity to find out areas of common interest of Ukraine and of members of the European Union in the sphere of defense, and will also help to attract Ukraine to conduct research in the field of defense.
