Grushko: NATO conference has not made steps for the inclusion of Georgia and Ukraine
In the process of the summit, held in early December, has not made any steps towards the accession of Georgia and Ukraine to the Alliance, said Russia's permanent representative at the organization in the process of the video bridge Moscow - Brussels organized by MIA " Russia today ".

"If you carefully read the (final) message - I would have said that everything is left as is at the moment. On the one hand, reaffirmed that the decision of the Bucharest summit remains in force, but somehow there is an emphasis on the implementation of the required features, it is noted that the path will be long for these countries ", - said Grushko.

"I think the important fact is that any formal steps in relation to other graduate students (to countries seeking to join NATO - ed.) was not done.- it is a step. Relative to other graduate students made similar steps, " the diplomat added.

NATO countries at the conference in Bucharest in 2008 gave a commitment that Georgia and Ukraine in the indefinite future will be accepted in the Alliance.
