Charlize Theron and Stuart Townsend have reportedly split - and the actress has stopped wearing her ring.

Charlize has been pictured this week Charlize Theron and Staurt Townsend Charlize and Stuartwithout her commitment ring, a gift from the actor who she has been dating for nine years.

Charlize has said in the past: "Stuart gave it to me as a sign of our commitment to each other.

"I never take it off."

When The Mail On Sunday asked for confirmation of the rumours, Charlize`s spokesperson said: "I never comment on her personal life."
