"at present we already started a conversation with the next German presidency in the OSCE in relation to the extension of the mandate of these missions to ensure that they had the opportunity to work full and actually received the supervision over the situation in Donbass ", - said Klimkin.

according to his statement, the observation mission of the OSCE plays an important role in settling conflict in Donbas. Klimkin believes that the mission should have access to all the areas in the region.
