The fugitive daughter of a British Lord became one of the elite profile of the victims of the war in the Philippines against the drug.

Maria Aurora Moynihan, daughter of the third Baron Moynihan, was found shot to death in Quezon city on Sunday 11 September, police said. The sign "Push drugs to celebrities, you're next", was found near her body.

The police said that the woman's death as "murder in the first place."
45-year-old Moynihan, was previously charged with illegal drug use after his arrest in 2013, said the police Department of Quezon city.

She was seen in the use of marijuana, crystal meth and ecstasy, but was not charged with the sale, said Eleazar. "We ask the public to respect our need for private life, so that we can continue to live on their own," said sister Moynihan, actress Maritoni Fernandez in a statement published by local media.

The woman's father, the late Anthony Moynihan, moved to the Philippines in the late 1960-ies and continued his career in which his main occupation was fraud, the Keeper of a brothel, smuggler, drug dealer and police informant, said according to his obituary.

The death of Maria Moynihan is not the last in the continuing punishment of those who sell and use drugs in the Philippines, initiated by President Rodrigo Duterte. More than 1,100 people were killed by police in more than 18800 operations from June, according to official figures.
