The attack occurred during the open wedding celebrations in the conservative Kurdish area in the city of Gaziantep, near the Syrian border. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the blast in Gaziantep. But in a statement condemning the attack, Erdogan has identified ISIS as a likely culprit.
