China said on Wednesday that he has the right to establish air defence zone in the disputed South China sea the next day after the trial against claims of Beijing in the contested waters.

Liu Zhenmin, Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of China, said at a press conference in Beijing that China's sovereignty over the main part of the South China sea will not be affected by the decision of the International court, which reversed in the majority of cases in favor of the Philippines.

Liu said, imposing a ban on the identification of air defense zone in the region that the planes flying over the waters will first need to inform China about the threat level. "If our security is threatened, we certainly have the right to establish air defense system," said Liu. China has established air defence zone in disputed waters in 2013, which sparked protests from Japan and the United States.

For the first time an international court issued a decision that could start riots in the region, where a year pass is about $5 trillion, thanks to the ship's trade. Liu said that China and the Philippine government react to the court's decision as a "piece of paper" and urged a resumption of bilateral negotiations on the issue.

The court stated that the historical claims of China to the sea was not legally valid.
