Scientists repaired the black boxes of EgyptAir plane 804 Researchers will need a few weeks to figure out what caused the crash
EgyptAir 804 in the Mediterranean sea.

The technical team is repairing vital memory chips of the black box, which was located in the cockpit. Black boxes were detected last week, according to CNN. Both were damaged by water, officials said.

The black box from the cockpit captures the sounds of the crew, including the flight crew, talking, alarm and background noise may even help to understand what the pilots were doing at the time of the accident. The Registrar of this flight gathers 25 hours of technical data from airplane sensors, recording several thousand different pieces of information, including air speed, altitude, engine performance and position of the wing.

Airbus A320, on Board of which there were 66 people suddenly disappeared from radar when it was flying over the Mediterranean sea from Paris to Cairo on 19 may. Scientists have announced that they will be able to find out the cause of the fall within weeks if the boxes can be restored.
