"Sentsov received Russian citizenship.(?) due to the fact that Oleg Sentsov is a Russian citizen, the transfer to Ukraine of the convicted person in Accordance with the Convention On the transfer of sentenced persons of 1983 is impossible, " ? reported in the document published on the page Petukhov on Facebook.
