Ex-swimmer Brock Turner convicted of sexual assault Brock Turner, a former swimmer from Stanford found guilty of sexual assault on a woman. Turner lied about his history of alcohol and drug use.

Turner is serving a six-month jail sentence on three counts of sexual assault, but can be released after 3 months.
