The Congress also needed to see how the Supreme leader announces the continuation of the program on creation of nuclear weapons in North Korea. This is the main reason why many residents of South Korea and the United States believe that the fifth nuclear test could be imminent - either before or during the Congress.

In the last few weeks, North Korea attempted to launch two missiles of the middle class, both of which are believed to be not successful. The government also touted the launch of a rocket from a submarine.

If the North wants to hold another nuclear test in the eyes of the world will be watching. Hundreds of international journalists here to see the upcoming Congress - the more people invited to the major events in this country with a reputation for secrecy.
