North Korea is preparing for the may Congress. For more than two months, most of the citizens of Pyongyang early to rise and late to bed. Sometimes they can find no sleep at all, so they can fully increase the performance during the "70-day battle", a nationwide call to action on the part of North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN.

To say that the upcoming 7th Congress of the labour party is a big deal to say the least. This is the highest political gathering that can be conducted in the country.

The Congress also needed to see how the Supreme leader announces the continuation of the program on creation of nuclear weapons in North Korea. This is the main reason why many residents of South Korea and the United States believe that the fifth nuclear test could be imminent - either before or during the Congress.

In the last few weeks, North Korea attempted to launch two missiles of the middle class, both of which are believed to be not successful. The government also touted the launch of a rocket from a submarine.
