Chief bailiff gave advice Feigin to pay off debts
The head of the Federal bailiff service of Russia Arthur Parfenchikov gave advice to lawyer Mark Feigin, who, as he himself said, was prohibited from leaving the country to pay off debts.




"I recommend You to take action worthy of a lawyer, and disappear from the list of debtors on the Internet representative office of the Federal bailiff service.
