The terrorist attacks in developed countries increased by 650% The modern world has become more dangerous in 2015 with a massive increase in deaths from terrorism, although the world was a slight lull, according to new figures released on Wednesday.

In 2015, the number of deaths from terrorist attacks on people living in the largest developed countries have increased by 650%. The annual report, which is conducted for the Central Institute for Economics and peace (IEP) shows a complex picture of terrorism, increasing in some countries and covering the new.

However, the study also shows that around the world as a whole, the number of deaths from terrorism fell by 10% to 29,376, compared to last year. In 2015, there were 731 deaths linked to terrorism in 34 countries comprising the Organisation for economic cooperation and development (OECD), which includes the US, UK, Germany, France and Turkey. Most of the victims were killed in Turkey and France.

Five countries - Iraq, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Syria and Pakistan experienced the worst attacks, which account for 72% of all deaths from terrorism in 2015. Syria saw the rise of terrorism by 50% from 2014 to 2015.

Military success against ISIS and "Boko Haram" led to fewer deaths in Iraq and Nigeria, but the two groups have spread to neighboring States and regions, according to a report for GTI. The global economic impact of terrorism is $89600 million in 2015.
