The UN high Commissioner introduced an initiative to limit the right of veto in the security Council
The high Commissioner of United Nations for human rights Zeid RA'ad al-Hussein tried to convince to take decisive action to resolve the situation around Aleppo proposing to take action to " limit use of the veto in the UN security Council ".
"I firmly believe that the time has come for strong leadership and decisive action and that the UN security Council is obliged, without delay, to adopt the criterion of limiting the right of members to veto, when there is an important concern that committed war lawlessness, lawlessness against humanity or acts of genocide" ? expressed its position Zeid RA'ad al-Hussein, as quoted by the news Agency.
