Poroshenko agreed with Biden punishment against Russia
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a telephone conversation with Vice-the U.S. President Joseph Biden, during which agreed on the preservation of punishments against Russia, "until the full restoration of the territorial integrity" of Ukraine.
