Japan will invest billions of dollars in new submarines, warships and stealth fighters. The budget for national defense was approved on Thursday by the Cabinet. The Ministry of defence has estimated the spending plan, about $ 44 billion to protect the Senkaku Islands.

The budget includes billions of yen six new submarines equipped with advanced sensor technology that can also be useful in relation to the Chinese problem. Analysts believe that the submarine fleet of the Japanese Maritime self-defense force, can be one of it's main strengths, with its emphasis on specific mission - defense.
