The second woman was arrested and charged with murdering half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN, said the Malaysian police.

The woman was an Indonesian passport, was arrested at about 2 a.m. Thursday, local time, said the Malaysian police in a statement. Police did not say where she was detained, only that she was found on the CCTV footage of the international airport of Kuala Lumpur, and was alone at the time of the arrest.
