A suspect in the death of Kim Jong-Nam to be released A suspect in the death of Kim Jong-Nam, who is a citizen of North Korea, will be released from custody Friday, authorities said.

The police have no sufficient evidence for indictment, said the Malaysian attorney General Mohamed Apandi Ali. He will be deported to North Korea after his release, Ali said.
