Turkey will not allow the Ambassador of the Netherlands returned to Turkey and suspended diplomatic relations at a high level between the two countries, said the representative of the government.

Deputy Prime Minister of Turkey Numan Kurtulmus announced the freezing of relations on Monday in Ankara in connection with the escalating scandal over the access of Turkish officials in the Netherlands. Last weekend the Netherlands refused to allow the Minister of foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu to visit Rotterdam for holding a political rally.
