Trump plans to "dismember" the government President Donald trump will unveil the first budget this week that will be the most significant attempt to restore trump national life and the relationship between Federal and state power.

It will codify the attack on regulatory regimes on the environment, business and education bequeathed by former President Barack Obama, and tries to stop decades of steadily increasing government coverage.

All presidential budgets are aspirational documents - and only a few of them out of Congress in the same form as they arrived on Capitol hill. But the first budget of the trump will make more noise than most of the debut plans or the costs of other new presidents. The white house has made clear that he intends to use the document to engage in radical political change.
It will follow other large changes, including the abrupt dismissal of 46 lawyers USA last week and the attempt to dismantle the health care law Obama.

White house senior adviser outlined his philosophy in a public speech at a Conservative political conference last month. "If you look at those appointed by the Cabinet, chose them for a reason, and it's deconstruction. Then, as the run of the progressive left, if they can't move they're just going to implement some kind of regulation," said Bannon.

Trump would emphasize their priorities, increasing military spending by $54 billion and is expected to increase funding for internal security - money that will be used to strengthen immigration enforcement and the construction of a wall on the southern border.
The President will reinforce their policy of "America first" reducing the funding of the Department of state, expenditure on external assistance and UN grants.
