The world's largest dinosaur footprint was discovered in the North-West of Australia, it is almost 5 feet 9 inches (1.75 meters), says the study's lead author. Trail belongs to the sauropod, the most gigantic dinosaur with a long neck.

Another footprint was found in July last year. The trail of a carnivorous dinosaur 1.15 meters long, found in Bolivia, was the largest ever found by archaeologists. "Giant footprints, no doubt, is impressive," said Steve Salisbury (Steve Salisbury), the study's lead author and Professor at the University of Queensland. "Nothing compares to this size."

But the trail was only one of a series of amazing discoveries in the area of Salisbury, called "the Australian Jurassic Park". 21 dinosaur footprint was discovered on the Dampier Peninsula in an unprecedented "discovery," reads the press release of the University of Queensland, the age of the rocks is 140 million years old.
