Trump was accused of disclosing classified information to Russia Last week President Donald trump has shared highly classified information with the Russian foreign Minister and the Russian Ambassador to the United States at a meeting in the White house.

Two former official knowledgeable about the situation, confirmed that highlights of the message is precise: the President shared confidential information with the Russian Minister of foreign Affairs.

The President did not directly disclose the source of information, however, the representatives of the intelligence agencies reported that there are fears that Russia will be able to find the right source. The white house, in turn, has denied this information. The national security Advisor to trump G. R. McMaster, who attended the meeting and addressed the reporters.

"Sources and methods of intelligence was not discussed, and the President did not disclose any military operations which were not yet known to the public," he said. "I was in the room, it wasn't." The Secretary of state Rex Tillerson said in his statement on Monday that trump had discussed "a wide range of issues" with the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov and Russian Ambassador to the U.S. Sergei Kislyak.

"During a meeting of the President of trump with foreign Minister Lavrov discussed a wide range of issues, among which was a common effort and threats in relation to terrorism. During this exchange, discussed the nature of specific threats, but they did not discuss the sources, methods or military operations," said Tillerson, who attended the meeting.

Dean Powell, Deputy national security adviser of the White house strategy, also attended the meeting, said: "This story is incorrect. The President only discussed the common threat faced by both countries," - said in a statement.
