American diplomats received from the Russian side a note of protest due to planned in the Washington trade representation of Russia.

In the protest note States that the Russian side expresses its dissatisfaction with the planned illegal search by the American special services of the Russian property with diplomatic immunity.

The protest note was handed over on 2 September 2017 the adviser-envoy of Embassy of the USA in Moscow by E. Godfrey.
The note says that the Russian party was deprived of access to its rightful property, with the result that US intelligence services can fabricate the charges based on planted items or documents.
The upcoming search is called a hostile act, violating international law and for its part, the Russian side reserves the right on the mirror response.
