The UN security Council imposed new international sanctions against North Korea The UN security Council imposed fresh international penalties regarding North Korea. Prepared by the United States resolution was adopted on the last working day of the week unanimously.

fresh measures to expand trade embargo against North Korea and further curtail the ability of Pyongyang to receive funds from abroad. The document envisages freezing assets and imposing travel ban on the 19 people (including eight Authorized credit institutions abroad and the head of the program of development of weapons of mass destruction) and the entire Ministry of people's military power.

The document also mandates that all UN member States throughout the year to send home a North Korean labour migrants. Experts of the Security Council, for its part, will inform the members of the United Nations when they have reached the mark in 75% of the permitted numbers. After marking in 95% of the country will be obliged to stop the sale and supply of petroleum products until the end of the year. All countries in the world, according to the project, will be required to prevent attempts of illegal import of oil to North Korea.

The project also involves a ban on the export from North Korea of food, machinery and equipment, transport vessels and part of the materials, including magnesite and wood, as well as on the production and delivery of North Korea industrial equipment, transport vessels and metals.
