The model-and-actress collects the miniatures properties, and enjoys shopping for mini-furniture to put in them. She doesn`t know why they hold such excitement for her, but she hopes to add to her collection throughout her life.

"It`s not fashionable but I`m fascinated with dolls` houses," she said. "I have nine. I think it comes from my obsession with Victorian England. I love it."

Milla loves to share her hobby with her two-year-old daughter Ever, her child with her husband director Paul W. S. Anderson. The 34-year-old is happiest when she is with the tot, and always encourages her to be expressive.

"My favourite place in the world is being with my daughter," she explained to the British edition of Elle magazine. "She loves to dress up. She changes her outfit four times a day. I`m at my happiest when Ever says, `I love you Mummy,` and having family or friends over."
