The Federation Council has blessed the bill criminalizing the denial of employment or dismissal of Residents approaching retirement age.

According to the document, such violations will be punished by a fine of 200 thousand Rubles. or compulsory work up to 360 hours.

Under pensionable age refers to the period up to five years before retirement.

Now the document will go to the President for signature.
