Kiev offers Moscow to exchange prisoners by the formula "42 to 89," said the Commissioner of Ukraine in the tripartite contact group on the Donbas Yevhen Marchuk.

yesterday in Minsk held another round of talks on the settlement in Donbass. One of its main themes was the discussion of the conflict in the Kerch Strait. Marchuk said that the talks made a proposal for exchange of prisoners.
