The Ministry of transport has amended the draft amendments to the law " On road safety ".

The key difference is the separation of drivers into enthusiasts and professionals employed.

According to the document, the preparation of the lovers withdraw outside the authority of the education act. So, they will not have to learn different organizational and managerial disciplines that are not related to road safety that shall greatly facilitate the learning process.

Candidates in drivers, as at present, will take the exams in the traffic police for all categories (B, C, D and So on), however, will remain Amateurs.

for its part, the professionals will be trained during the current training system, the requirements for which are determined by legislative act on education.

Drivers who have successfully completed the examinations, will be issued the document for a period of 5 years. Then they will need to take courses to increase qualifications.

On April 18, the project is at the stage of public discussion. It will last until 6 may.
