The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the opinion on the country's withdrawal from the Treaty on the non-disclosure of proprietary information related to Soviet inventions.

The document was signed on 4 June 1999 between Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
