BradleyCooper got so "banged up" filming his latest movie he woulddiscover new bruises every time he got undressed at night.

The35-year-old star plays war veteran Face in action film The A-Team. Bradleyloved every second of shooting, but admits his extreme stunts took their tollon his body.

"Igot banged up," he said. "In one scene, a Hummer blew up and I toremy hamstring. I kept discovering new bruises every time I came home at night.Epsom salts were my saviour."

Bradleybulked up dramatically for the film. He was impressed with his buff body, buthorrified at just how difficult it was to achieve.

"Trainingfor this role was brutal," he told Us Weekly magazine. "Kate Hudson`s old trainer Ashley Conrad trained me and she came out to the setin Vancouver so it didn`t really matter where I was - helltravelled with me!

"Iwas on a regimen of 2,000 calories a day and I had to work out hard as well. It was harsh."
