Almost every tenth accident is caused by drunk drivers, told the interior Ministry.

the interior Ministry also said that most offenders re-sit behind the wheel while intoxicated. Last year the number of "drunken" accidents increased by 1, 3 percent.

So the Ministry has said the proposal on confiscation of cars for drunk driving. In March and April, the interior Ministry sent a proper proposal to the government.

The relevant authorities repeatedly offered measures to strengthen the surveillance violated the law by drivers.
