The bandits who planned to commit a terrorist act, locked in the private house of the city of Kolchugino, the Vladimir region, in the area of the counterterrorist operation (CTO), informs information centre of the NAC.

"In the Vladimir region held a counter-terrorism operation... within the city of Kolchugino, the Vladimir region introduced legal regime of counter-terrorist operation... the Bandits who planned to commit a terrorist act, locked in a private home by law enforcement," according to the report.
