International court on Maritime law requires Russia to release Ukrainian sailors and ships detained in the Kerch Strait. About it declared the head of the Tribunal Pak Jin Hyung.

The decision States that the court does not consider it necessary to demand from Russia to stop criminal prosecution of seafarers and to refrain from the institution of new proceedings.

The decision of the Tribunal in Hamburg are final and binding on the disputing parties.

Russia in the hearings was not involved - she said that the court has no jurisdiction to entertain the Ukrainian claim.
