Lily Allen: I wish I was more passionate The British singer has achieved a huge amount of success in her 24 years, picking up a Brit Award and three Ivor Novello prizes for her music this year. Despite this, Lily wishes she had more interests and doesn`t think she is enthusiastic enough about life.

"I really struggle because I don`t feel passionate about anything. I don`t have a hobby. Sometimes I wish I could get more excited about things," she complained on television interview Lily Allen: In Confidence.

The singer says she regrets not going to university and doesn`t consider herself to be intelligent, sometimes feeling inferior to her peers. When she is feeling down about this, Lily just thinks about how wisely she has invested her earnings, claiming it always cheers her up.

"I don`t feel intelligent. Most people my age have just got out of university a few years ago. That makes me sad sometimes. But at the same time I have two properties and I`ve set myself up for a little while," she said.

Lily doesn`t like to waste money on extravagant things and says she likes to keep her entourage to a minimum, although she couldn`t live without her personal assistant or her chauffeur.

"I do have people that I need to keep on the payroll. I have an assistant who is vital in my life, and so is my driver," she explained.

The star has become a style icon over the years and is praised for her quirky look but Lily insists she is very low maintenance and prefers to get ready for an event on her own.

"I very rarely have hair and make-up people. I do it myself; I don`t bring my own people. I`m not fussy about that kind of stuff," she revealed.

Lily recently announced she would be taking a break from the music industry to settle down and start a family with her builder boyfriend Sam Cooper.
