Russia's audit chamber has revealed numerous violations of the Agency at the time the employment of Federal lands, according to a released on the first day of the week the report on results of check of use of land and the administration of funds coming from their rent.

So, according to the audit chamber, the territorial bodies of the Federal property management Agency in charge of state lands, rent them for employment mostly without competitive procedures, using complex and non-transparent procedure of choice in rental rates.

In this case, the Federal property management Agency is not even reliable Data on the number and characteristics of Federal States: the reporting documents of the territorial administrations of the Agency contain conflicting Data. So, according to the report the revenues of the Federal property management Agency in 2017 from the date the employment of the Federal States amounted to 6, 4 billion rubles, according to others - 8, 9 billion. The data for the first half of 2018 are also contradictory: on two mentioned in the report forms, they were respectively 2, 7 and 3 billion, 5 billion rubles.
