Leader Vladimir Putin dismissed the head of the Council on human rights (HRC) Mikhail Fedotov, the decree is posted on the Internet representation of the organization.

The new head of the HRC was the Secretary of the Public chamber Valery Fadeev. He also appointed Advisor to the head of the country. After the appointment of Fadeyev said that will not conduct the rotation of personnel in the Council on human rights.
