International monetary Fund (IMF) reached a consensus with Ukraine on a new lending program by 5, 5 billion dollars, said the head of the Fund Kristalina Georgieva.

in her expressions, she had phone conversations with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.

"chief (Zelensky) and I agreed that the economic success of Ukraine is critically dependent on strengthening the rule of law, improving the judicial system and diminish the role of special interests in the economy and we agreed that it is important to protect the gains achieved in the purification of the banking system, and to compensate for large losses for taxpayers because of the rehabilitation of credit organizations," said Georgieva.
