The government submitted the draft Federal law on " garage Amnesty ", which helps to regulate the acquisition by residents of rights to land plots located on their garages, according to the Rosreestr.

the draft law determines the list of documents confirming the right of a citizen to the possession of the object of garage purpose: for example, the story is about long-term use, the payment of the share in the garage cooperative, received the decision on the distribution of garage and so on.

New order may come into force in 2021.
