According to the document, the Government will have the ability to set maximum retail prices for medicines and drugs that are not included in the list of vitally necessary and limit selling prices of manufacturers and allowances to them with a tax deduction for the added cost (VAT).

Such a right would arise in the Cabinet in the event of an epidemic, an emergency or in case of unreasonable increase in the cost of drugs in several regions more than 30% for 30 days. The government will have the right to fix the prices of medicines for a period of not more than 90 days.
