According to the decree, the Cabinet will have the ability to set maximum retail prices for medicines and drugs that are not included in the list of vitally necessary and limit selling prices of manufacturers and allowances to them with a tax deduction for the added cost (VAT).

The same right will be the government in case of unreasonable increase in the cost of drugs in several regions more than 30% for 30 days.

The authorities will be able to fix the prices of medicines for a period of not more than 90 days.
