The fashion designer - whose 11-year-marriage to soccer player David Beckham has been marred by unsubstantiated claims of infidelity - trusts her spouse completely but feels she needs some help turning her anger into something positive.

When asked whether she has ever turned to therapy, she said: "Haven`t most people at some time or other? I don`t know if I`m balanced or deluded. I don`t mean about David - him, I trust completely because we`re both such talkers - but I`m quite spiritual. I`d rather turn anger into energy."

However, the 36-year-old star - who has sons Brooklyn,11, Romeo, eight, and five-year-old Cruz with 35-year-old David - admitted she tries not to care about what people say about her, otherwise she would have been driven to suicide "years ago".

Victoria explained in an interview with Britain`s Vogue magazine: "It`s never nice when people write hurtful things and as much as I say I don`t see it, I`m not stupid. But I`ve seen both sides of fame and I realise that it`s brought me a lot of opportunities.

"I suppose if I really cared what people say I`d have topped myself years ago."
